For my sorcerers I always use Velka's Rapier +5. It has equal range to the estoc (which is slower than a normal rapier) but it's as fast as a normal rapier (which has a shorter range than the estoc). I also dig Velka's Rapier but in order to fully realize its power you need both 40 INT/DEX. The Falchion's not bad either although I have mine +15 and I like to run around with a faux-Oroboro build with it after enchanting it with CMW.
